General Specifications:

• Filters shall be Underwriters Laboratories Standard 900 Classified

Construction and Materials Specifications:

• Media shall be 100% synthetic fibers with a non-migrating tackifier on the downstream side of the filter. Media color, white on the upstream, green on the downstream.

• Filters shall contain a rust resistant internal steel support wire positioned to provide for a self-sealing installation of the filter.

• Filters are assembled utilizing a heat seal on the perimeter as well as the center of the filters to prevent media vibration when in use

Performance Specifications:

• Filters shall be available as MERV 7 when tested in accordance with ASHRAE 52.2 – 2007.

• Filters shall have an initial pressure drop of 0.36” w. g. @ a flow of 400 fpm, (+/- 10% per A.R.I. Standard)

• Filter shall be rated to withstand a continuous operating temperature up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit or 82 degrees Celsius.

• Filters shall have a recommended final resistance of 1.0” w. g.

• 3-ply panel filter for economical use in commercial applications, paint spray booths, etc.
